AGHARKAR RESEARCH INSTITUTE,

Inkroma have been ahead of the time by anticipating the need for an office
automation solution for the government functioning. Visualizing the future
developments they have gone ahead in developing an innovative integrated
software solution targeting the requirements of the government offices and
public sector establishments adopting the Govt. rules mutatis mutandis.
Considerable efforts were made to understand the rules, interpret them and
include them in the software. The various conditions and limitations prescribed
in the rules have been taken into account while designing the software. The
workflows are robust and are integrated at every step. The drudgery of the staff
working in the ministerial sections which is the cause for most of the
dissatisfaction among the staff can be greatly be reduced and make their job
much more pleasurable and creative. The integration among the purchase, accounts
and establishment one of the excellent features of this software
The
kind of features provided in the software will definitely help in analyse the
functioning of the institute more objectively. Some of these points were
responsible for our decision to award the contract of ERP solution of ARI to
Inkroma. It would take much more time for any one else to develop a ERP solution
for Govt. functioning since one has to first understand the processes. Inkroma
had a vision of implementing e-governance for Indian Government and they have
come out with an innovative solution covering all aspects.
With
this background I am sure Inkroma deserves a pat on their back and would be
suitably rewarded.
